What is GoLux?
GoLux is an all-in-one management platform for luxury and exotic car rental companies. It runs reservations, the fleet calendar, clients and contracts, payments, email, and an AI assistant — so you can stop stitching together spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
How does the free trial work?
You get full access for 3 days. We securely store a card to start, but you are not charged during the trial — there's a $0 verification, no test charge. Cancel any time before the trial ends from Settings → Billing and you won't be billed.
How is pricing structured?
Plans scale with the size of your operation, billed monthly or annually (annual saves you a percentage). The pricing page always shows the current, live plans and what's included.
Do you take a cut of my rental revenue?
No. GoLux is a flat subscription for the software. Payments you collect from your own renters are entirely yours — GoLux never takes a percentage of your bookings.
Can I move my existing data in?
Yes. Most operators start fresh with their active fleet and clients, which takes very little time. Reach out and we'll help you get set up the right way.
Is my data secure and private to my company?
Every record is scoped to your company with row-level security, and the AI assistant is strictly read-only and limited to your own data. Your information is never shared with other companies on the platform.
